Course Overview

In this look at communication stereotypes and prejudices, participants examine political correctness and demographic identification before exploring the influence of primary and secondary components on assumptions toward fellow employees or customers. This seminar address workplace diversity as it refers to the variety of differences between people in an organization such as race, gender, ethnic group, age, personality, cognitive style, tenure, organizational function, education, and background.
