  • Examine quality control in decision making

Lesson 2: Problem solving tools

  • Define the problem
  • Identify success criteria
  • Generate alternative solutions
  • Analyze facts, assumptions, and impacts

Lesson 3: Thinking creatively

  • Define critical thinking
  • Create new ideas – brainstorm, cause/effect, mind-mapping
  • Form a creative environment

Lesson 4: Barriers to reasoning

  • Understand common barriers to decision making
  • Identify blocks to creativity
  • Analyze mind set, emotional state, focus, patterning, etc.
  • Create and/or adopt a decision making process
