Course Overview

Time Management provides a practical, hands-on learning experience in using time effectively to accomplish goals. You will identify effective time-management strategies, including defining personal and professional goals, establishing priorities, and identifying the tasks that will be critical to achieving those goals. Learned tools will be practiced and applied to current projects and tasks as you build your own personal time management action plan.


  1. Apply learned tools of organization, prioritization, and elimination to increase time management as it relates to productivity in the workplace.
  2. Plan and set goals for personal and professional long and short term tasks and projects.
  3. Develop an action plan to balance demands on time.

  • Apply the tools provided to create highly charged personal action plans
